Adding Revision Notes to a Document

Once new document revisions are created in the system, the document author/owner can add revision notes to the Document record.

  1. From the Document record, in the document tree on the left side of the record, click the Revision Notes link.
    Result: The Revision Notes window is displayed.
  2. Click Action > Add.
  3. Enter the note.
  4. Click the Save button.
    Result: The revision note has been added.
